I’m fucking fuming. As a 16 year old fast food worker i have learned to bite my tongue at a lot of rude ass comments customers have made to me such as “if you can’t do your job in here right you aren’t gonna go very far in life” aye and it wasn’t even me who got the order together hun. Anyways i had one of my worst tonight. Anyone who works in a drive thru can tell you that we ourselves don’t like making you park as we have to take the food out, we understand its frustrating but when you order something plain or without the pickles etc we have to make it fresh, we can’t cook a burger and have it ready under 90 seconds and the only reason we make you park is so we can get other orders out and not cause the whole drive thru to queue up. After all we make 50% of income fro the drive thru. Anyways i wasn’t even part of the drive thru team tonight but they were very busy so i offered to take food out. Someone had written on the receipt that you were parked in the car park not one of the designated parking areas so what gave you the right to pull up behind me and yell “oi thats our food” that alone pissed me off but as i have been trained to do i bit my tongue and was polite and said “what was your order sorry was it the nuggets?” you then had no fucking right to say “yeah it is we’ve been waiting bloody ages and all you did was sit and chat to folk I saw you inside the restaurant then you ignore us and walk straight to the car park you fucking ignorant bitch”. i then say while handing you your food “i was talking to managers to offer to take your food out to get it sooner plus it is written on your receipt that you were parked in the car park”. “no you weren’t you were sitting chatting to your mates, ken what i have no fucking time for ignorant little bitches like yourself i will fucking get out this car and smack you, you’re just a tiny wee thing who can’t even take out fucking orders, come on then!” i then walk away and back inside. As a 16 year old who this year alone has been assaulted, stuck in a house with drunk abusive adults, sexually assaulted, drugged, consistently fighting with folk who were once friends, abandoned by my dad and had her heart broken this week all i’ve got to say now is… COME AT ME BITCH IM STRONGER THAN MOST PEOPLE MY AGE AND I GOT A LOT OF RAGE YOU ARE 45 AND GOT AN UGLY PERSONALITY!!! FUCKING TREATING A YOUNG LASSIE LIKE THAT WHO WAS DOING YOU A FAVOR WELL FUCK YOU!!!! BET NO CUNT IS GONNA TOUCH YER MOULDY FANNY WHEN THEY KEN YOU THREATENED A YOUNG LASSIE!!!!!! IF I SEE YOU AGAIN IM FUCKING GOING FOR YOU.
