i just dont understand why the fuck my manager hates me so fucking much, other than the obvious fact that i’m white and he prefers African American people, considrering he is an african american himself. He doesn’t even try to hide his hatred for me, he blatantly does it in front of co-workers and i don’t get it, i try really fucking hard to do a good job so just for once he’ll stop riding my ass about the dumbest shit, that he lets other people get away with. literally he has made me cry at least 4 times since i started there in august, i have no problem with any of the other managers, except of course him and of course he is the general manager. He’s the world’s biggest asshole, i literally stood and listened to him tell an african american co-worker of mine good job for getting 5 points on a competition for selling our current promotion, and i have exaclty 5 points also and he bitched at me and told me i shouldve done better and why did a girl who is new have a higher score than me, and it just makes no fucking sense. i love people of all colors and for him so show racism so obviously drives me crazy. now i know i have my times when i could definitely be a better worker, but everyone has those times. i bust my ass trying to keep him happy and all he can do is complain and write me up. i had a table come to him tell him how amazing i was and i did such a great job, and he still found a way to bitch at me, “why do they still have their plates on their table when they had dessert?” because they werent done with their fucking food thats why, they wanted to take it home. God damn. “i heard you greet that table, why didnt you try to sell one of our promotional alcoholic drinks?” Because they obviously arent fucking old enough to drink, i know the people at the damn table are both under 21, theyre my friends. he literally wrote me up bc i didnt refill the tartar and the cocktail sauce, and said i dont know why you think its okay to not do anything and blah blah blah, MOTHERFUCKER, i did glasses, ice, salad bar, and i restocked silverware. WTF DO YOU MEAN I DONT DO SHIT, i shouldnt have to do everyone’s job. WE ARE FUCKING GROWN ASS PEOPLE I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESSES. he fucking sucks and i’m so close to quitting and telling his superior how unfair he is, when other co-workers of both races notice how badly he treats you, then there is a problem.
