ok so go back to august with me my gf and i both work at a gas station ive been here for 8 yrs shes been here for 2 and we’ve been together for 4 yrs this coming august we live together in 2 br apartment with a room-mate and split bills and whatnot i wont get into too many details here but the landlords a fucking scumbag from hell we took in my girls cousin and she just had a baby shes 17 whos gonna put a 17 yr old and 1 month old baby on the street and just look the other way even tho i thought it wasnt a great idea with him being the way he is she stayed for several weeks now my cunt bitch of a next store neighbor found out and complained that there was a baby crying waking her up in the middle of the night which is fucking bull-shit cuz that kid slept all night until it was hungry now anyway back to work we got laid off due to construction at work for 2 months it was supposed to be a month but they ran into problems and it didnt get done in the time frame we were hoping for i got behind on bills between rent @ $1200 verzion @ 165 and sprint @ 165 plus food and gas and whatever else i was dead broke unemployment fucked me because they wanted me to attend some stupid fucking class where they help you find new or other employment which i didnt goto because i had a legit job to go back to i just didnt have a return to work date so they ended up stopping my payments which fucked me again so i didnt pay rent in oct. and my lease ended on the 31st we were not out by then so naturally the landlord was up our ass wanting to know what was going on he knew we were laid off and hurting for money but he never actually put eviction into play so anyway we found a place at the end of oct that was supposed to be ready for the 4th we said sweet we will take it so the 4th came and the new place pending an inspection from the fire inspecter didnt happen when it was supposed too we ended up on air matresses on her mothers floor in a already crowded house..after that the new landlord put us up for free in a 1br that was small and had no heat or hot water.. space heater worked for that but then another place the new landlord owned opened up directly across the street they let us take it until our place was ready the inspector still has not shown up to do his fucking job so anyway now go back to the 11/6 the day we moved our shit into the new place i was in a car accident with 3 friends with me cut off by an old lady turning into the bank i goto the ER on a fucking stretcher tell them my new address but skip ahead to now i cant access the fucking mail box with out a copy of my new lease which i dont have and my lawyer needs thoes medical bills to go on with my case against this old hag… my friends have their own lawyer and i cant get them to come with me to make a witness statement because their lawyer told them to tell me to tell my lawyer to call their lawyer anyway im stuck living farther away from work in a scummy town i have to buy a saturn now im dead broke and still behind i have been sleeping on a air matress and im in constant pain why fucking me….
